Change the examination system to use coursework instead for each subject
One or two exams is not enough to show the full potential of a young person. If coursework was in place, it would show a lot more to employers and teachers about what a student can really do.
I believe that coursework will allow students to plan ahead and organize their time so that it suits them. This would help remove stress off of students and young people, especially after Covid-19.
