Abolish the Council Tax System
Council tax in most areas of the UK are ridiculously high!
People up and down the country are struggling to pay despite both or one adult working. They are being summoned to court with court fees and charges added on causing undue stress and financial difficulty. Families are struggling as it is.
Another kick in the teeth for the average working person:
The cheapest borough for council tax, Westminster, charges £606.89, or £642.96 for residents of Queen's Park.
How is this fair and justifiable that the richest place in the UK where all the MPs are has the cheapest council tax!! Yet again showing its them and us, another messed up system allowing the rich to get away with paying nothing while the person working long hours has to struggle each month.
Change needs to happen!
