Stop CTM managing hotel Quarantine and treating citizens this badly.
CTM should help a countable for the large sum on money taken from people who simply want to get home to their family. They do not answer calls, reply to emails of help in the needed ways. They should provide a service is reflected in the £1750 spent and not like prison inmates.
Change provide.
Hold them accountable for the very bad service.
Allow people with medical conditions to be supported as they need to be.
Answer the phone with someone who speaks English and can help.
Reply to emails.
Provide all hotels to be the same standard - some are below a standard tou would have your signature stay in.
Provide standardised food and care.
