Remove all travel restrictions for fully vaccinated/immune individuals.
Everyone who is vaccinated, or in any other way not infectious to the public, should be exempt from quarantine and any testing on arrival to the UK from a green or amber country.
If somebody is vaccinated against COVID-19 or if somebody overcame COVID-19 in the past 6 months (antibody test/positive test result), there is no reason for these people to be tested or quarantined, if they come from a green/amber country, as they do not have the potential to carry a virus that they are immune to. Testing is too expensive, and it will be a waste of money for people, who are immune against COVID-19.
