Aggression from Cyclists against Car Drivers
To make it a criminal offence for cyclists to ride 2 abreast, for cyclists to be prosecuted for aggressive behaviour on our roads towards other road users For a registration system on the cycle so the cyclists has some sort of traceable documents on the said cycle.
There are increasing amounts of cyclists on our roads and the behaviour of many of them is aggressive and intimidating The cyclists who behave like this have no traceable numbers etc this must change.
