Prioritise NHS staff to get treatment sooner
Amend NHS staff contract of employment to include a benefit to prioritise them for treatment under the NHS whenever needed.
Most companies offer some form of benefit to their staff, usually with little or no cost to the company. It is logical that NHS staff should have such a benefit to demonstrate they are a caring company.
This would also benefit the general public as more NHS staff would be at work fully fit rather than possibly off sick or struggling at work while waiting for for treatment.

Decisions about the delivery of NHS services are a matter for local Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and NHS trusts, not the Government or House of Commons. As a result it is not possible for the Government or House of Commons to take the action you have requested.
