Extend theory test certificates
Extension on theory tests for people who have passed but due to the impact of covid have been unable to get a driving test before thier theory certificate has expired.
After passing a theory test you have two years to pass a practical.
That's usually plenty of time.
However I passed in sept 2019 and had my 1st practical in feb 2020. I failed and then covid struck in march. Lockdowns and restrictions have meant that booking in for another practical test has been impossible and I'm now coming up to my theory expiring. There's lots of people in this situation and I dont believe its fair when not being able to get and pass a practical has been put of our control.
