Create UK Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection laws.
Chapter 11 bankruptcy protect in the USA is used as a means to protect creditors and help a company from going bankrupt by giving it more time to find more funding and develope a plan to save itself. The UK does not have an equivalent. It is time we had a version to protect investors from losing money.
