Changes to driving licenses for HGV and PCV drivers

Additional Information

Petition to ALLOW and welcome the government to change the law on upgrading from automatic to a manual license for HGV or PCV drivers, providing they hold a manual car license.
We all know how to drive the vehicles its simply another pedal there to change gear. A lot of buses and coaches only have 5 or 6 gears its the same as a car. HGV differ slightly but its still the same concept, you flick a switch to gain more gears.
