Mandate all data covered by the Data Protection Act remain in the EU
That legislation be enacted, or amended, such that all information covered by the Data Protection Act remain, and only be accessed from, within EU countries with the same, or stronger, penalties for breaches as the UK.
Furthermore, any passing of aggregated, or personally identifying, data to countries without such protections include punitive fines and penalties up to barring a company from operating within the UK.
