Everyone whose theory test runs out 2020/21 should have 12 months extension
Let people have an extra 12 months to actually find and book a test
It is not fair in any person who could not sit a driving test
As they were closed
And now the backlog means thousands can not get a test bedroom the two years is up
It is not their fault and deserve some let up on this
