Change the national anthem to Three Lions for all public occasions
The monarchy is irrelevant, there is no god and so to fire up the country we need an anthem for the modern age

This isn’t something that the UK Government or Parliament would be able to do. The use of the present National Anthem is a matter of tradition rather than having any legal or constitutional status.
