Petition Action

Give Scottish people living in England, Wales and NI the right to vote in the independence referendum.

Additional Information

How can it be justified that Scottish people living anywhere other than England, Wales or Northern Ireland are allowed to vote in the Scottish independence referendum but I can't living in Newcastle upon Tyne? Surely the outcome affects us more than someone in a far flung corner of the world. Doesn't strike me as every democratic.

If they can lower the voting age that's been in place since the 1960's to 16 then they can give ALL Scottish people a voice in the most important vote of our history.
