Full Equal Rights for Fathers In Family Court
Just because a female carries the child, it does not make her a more valued parent compared to the father.
I think that rights should be equal for both sides, with no exceptions for either parties because of their gender.
All family law child access/residency/custody should be determined by the individual persons background and lifestyle.
Fathers should have equal rights. Females moan enough when males do not step up to their mark and when they do they knock them down. Time to stop and give everyone a 50/50 fair deal and the outcome be determined by the individual persons background and lifestyle. Even if it means full background checks, character reports.
