Abolish police internal complaints systems. Use independent investigators only.
Get rid of police internal complaints system and instead hold officers accountable for their actions by independent investigatiors
To deter corruption and misconduct there should be independent investigators for all police complaints. This can stop mistakes being hidden.
“Educating and learning” from mistakes isn’t enough, they don’t “educate” criminals they stop them from committing more crime.
