For every bike and scooter (including electric) to be registered and insured
To make it illegal to ride either a bike or scooter without insurance.
There are too many accidents, injuries & deaths happening without having the same protection to pedestrians and vehicles owners. All other modes of transport have to have insurance so why not bikes and scooters?!
For every bike and scooter (including electric) to be registered and have insurance.
The general public should have the right to be protected including their belongings.
At the moment accident are happening and there is no protection, ALL modes of transport that use our roads should be insured and be registered.
