Establish and implement an Early Treatment Protcol for Covid19.
Implement guidelines so that all those infected can receive follow up and early treatment within first 8 days of showing symptoms.
There is mounting evidence that Covid19 is autoimmune and that early treatment started within first 8 days with appropriate treatment and correct dosage prevents severe illness and death reducing need for hospitalisation.

Developing and implementing a protocol of this kind would be an operational matter for the NHS and other relevant health authorities, including the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).
