Allow freehold home owners to opt out of Private Estate management companies
To give freehold home owners the absolute right of opting out of restrictive management companies and to make local councils accountable for such estate developments, and scrap section 106.
Because I believe that Councils have negated their responsibilities by allowing house builders to use Section 106 as a means to obtain Planning Permission from Local Councils Planning Departments, and for councils to get income/revenue from home buyers via top rate banded council tax for little involvement in Estate Maintenance, service roads and general day to day management of new estates.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We understand you'd like a right to opt-out of estate management contracts, but we're not sure from your petition how this relates to Section 106.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
