Give all fixed term workers who receive paye payment methods a paid b/holiday
Anyone in receipt of their wages being paid via paye format, to be have their bank holidays paid for and not to be taken out of their individual holiday pots.
Everyone who is staff get paid days off through the year, but fixed term workers who get paid via paye format have to book the day as a holiday which comes put of their holiday entitlement. I believe all paye staff should be treated the same and therefor be paid for the same holidays without having to use up your own holiday entitlement
