Harsher punishments. Tag stalkers and custodial sentences early in complaint.
To give the police stricter, mandatory policies in acting on complaints regards stalking.
Stalkers law is not harsh enough for the criminal and restricts the victims rights before the criminal, this needs to be the other way round and the victim taken seriously at the very beginning. Tagging the stalker allows the victim to go about their life without absolute restriction.
