Allow fully vaccinated non-UK residents to travel to the UK from 19 July 2021.
Allow non-UK residents who have the proof that they have been fully vaccinated with a UK recognised anti-Covid vaccine to travel to the UK under the same arrangements as returning UK residents from 19 July 2021.
Recognise EU and other digital Covid vaccination certificates as equal to NHS certification, and admit travellers proving fully vaccinated status.
