Wearing face masks in public places should continue to be mandatory
Coronavirus cases are rising sharply. The greater the number of cases the greater the risk of a variant emerging that is resistant to the vaccines.
Long Covid is another potentially serious result.
The wearing of a face covering in public spaces is a simple measure to keep in place to help prevent the unchecked spread of the disease.
