Don't change the law on those working in care having to be fully vaccinated
it should be your choice and right to refuse the vaccine, it should not be something you are forced to do while working in care, it goes against our human rights.
some staff who work in care home may not be physically fit to have the vaccine and if a majority of the residents are vaccinated then staff not being vaccinated should not be an issue if the vaccine is effective. the health and social sector will lose many staff under this new law and the sector is already struggling for staff.
