Get EU approval for AZ vaccine made in India
There are 5M citizens who have been vaccinated with the AZ Indian model, they cannot go on a European holiday because of this. The government needs to urgently seek approval from the EU or give these people an immediate option to have a third jab

The precise requirements for entry into the EU based on a person's vaccination status are a matter for the EU and the country being entered into, not the UK Government or Parliament.
In any case, the Maltese 'ban' on entry to those who had received an AstraZeneca covid-19 vaccination manufactured in India appears to have been resolved.
