Make crash helmets compulsory for cyclists.
Very few cyclists seem to wear crash helmets or have lights and reflectors on their bicycles. As a former cyclist who whose life was saved by a crash helmet I fully appreciate their value. I often overtook people on mopeds who are obliged to wear crash helmets so the law is senseless as it stands.
