ENACT LEGISLATION to prevent ex ministers obtaining legal aid when they are put before the ICC on torture charges.

Additional Information

These people were NOT representing the people of this country. Nobody in this country gave them a mandate to commit ANY criminal act when they voted for them. It will NOT be right for the taxpayer to pay their defence lawyers bill. To do so will open up taxpayers to liability for the defence costs of ANY person in public office who commits a criminal act in the future, therefore encouraging them to commit crimes they otherwise might not, if they know the defence bill lays with them.
