Outlaw Any Form of Discrimination Based on Medical Grounds
To enshrine into law that no person, business, organisation or entity (whether public or private) can discriminate against any person(s) based on their medical status, test status or vaccination history. Additionally, the NHS must not deny treatment to a patient based on their Covid testing status.
The Equality Act 2010 protects us against discrimination based on religion, sexuality, gender, age, disability, creed. Additionally, we must ensure that a person’s medical status remains completely free from any form of discrimination.
No person should face preferential or detrimental treatment based on their medical status (including vaccination status or test results e.g. Covid testing). This is to ensure we do not establish a two-tiered society of medical apartheid.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We're not sure what you mean by medical status. We're also not aware of any proposals for the the NHS to deny treatment to a patient based on their Covid testing status.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
