Make it mandatory for ID to be linked to have a social media account of any form
Make it so that you have to prove yourself and have ID verified to have an account on the likes of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook etc
Mainly so we can have a somewhat push of getting rid of online trolls and people hiding behind fake accounts and abusing people because a lot of online hate you see is people that hide behind fake names or blank profile pictures, I believe this will counteract a lot of online hate and therefore if anyone does be hateful towards others you have the id of that person and the right protocols can be taken
