If found guilty of racism, add the offender to a database similar to Sarah's Law
Similar to Sarahs Law and Clares Law, we are asking the Government to create a register for racial offenders so organisations can find out if potential employees have a history of racial related offences before they are recruited into diverse organisations.
The ongoing efforts, campaigns, messages etc are not a strong enough deterrent for people to stop engaging in racist behaviour. Its has come to point now that Government must treat this as a punishable crime.
