Make all social media accounts provide ID to help tackle online abuse.

Petition Details

To get social media platforms to make account holders provide ID to keep their accounts open & to make it part of opening a social media account to help tackle online racism & online abuse. This will stop fake accounts being made & help prosecuting the online abusers.

Additional Information

Online racism & abuse needs to stop, there is not enough being enough done by the likes of Facebook & Twitter. Yes they may block that account but they just open new ones. Providing ID makes it easier to prosecute someone for online racism & online abuse & will also stop them re-offendimg.
