For an independent governing body to oversee the practise of social services
For the government to put an independent governing body in charge to oversee social services and their practises. To make them accountable for their actions.
Social services has the power to destroy lives. They are bound to make mistakes and when this happens there needs to be a governing body the public can turn to with complaints.
