Enforce identify verification before an individual can post on social media.
To pass in law that an online "passport" is created and linked to any and all social media platforms before an individual is able to post or share any content on social media platforms.
This links a physical individual to an online account so any digital footprint would lead directly to the culprit
Currently anyone can open an anonymous account, allowing them to post what they want without revealing their identity.
The aim is to:
> Reduce posting online abuse; racial, discriminatory or "bullying"
> Prevent bad actors from using social media platforms for criminal activities, such as fraud or coercive marketing.
> Reduce the amount of explicit content on social medial platforms
> Ensure under-age persons are not able to access social media until age appropriate to do so.
