You just refused to put up a petition regarding investigation into what appears to be fraudulent PERSONAL spending on NICE corporate credit cards by NICE holders by declaring that you have no authority over nor responsibility for NICE. If that is the case you need to tell us just who we can contact so that the illegal spending which we allege can be investigated.
