Educate that personality disorders should not be stigmatised as bad
Often in media and horror movies alike, we see serial killers and villains / antagonists being portrayed as “psychopaths” and / or “sociopaths”. It’s time we educate those around us that personality disorders are tragic illnesses brought on often by our environment.
Antagonising and vilifying mental heath issues is a huge problem and only causes narrow minded beliefs that anyone who is diagnosed with a PD is simply insane and should be treated like monsters.
Blaming those who suffer from any mental health condition is morally wrong, and blaming those with any PD for their mental health should be seen as wrong just as much.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand you are concerned about how personality disorders are portrayed in the media and in films, however it's not clear who you want to be educated about such disorders, nor how.
If you wish to complain about how a personality disorder has been portrayed in a particular TV programme, you could complain to the independent regulator Ofcom. You can find out how to do this here: www.ofcom.org.uk/complaints.
