Car insurance for age 20 and under to be under £1500 a year.
To ban insurance companies from charging over 1500 for first cars for drivers 20 and under.
A young driver has to pay over £3000 for a car which is worth £800 which £3000 is a high amount for someone who is 19 i would like the government to ban insurance companies from charging over £1500 for new drivers first car so more people can afford to be on the road.
