CPS must prosecute all people giving race hate speech or comments as terrorism.
All racist abuse online or in person must be prosecuted as terrorism and should carry prison sentences similar to all terrorism offences, as it is clearly incitement to hatred, based on race.
All racist abuse online or in person must be prosecuted as terrorism and should carry prison sentences similar to all terrorism offences, as it is clearly incitement to hatred based on race. Currently the UK government in the majority of cases is dealing with this abuse by threatening to fine social media and small fines on the perpetrators. It is high time the government starts prosecuting these people who are promoting hatred, abuse and violence based on race, using terrorism legislation.
