Establish a Public Register of those convicted of a racist offence.
Establish a Racist Offenders Register, which would help society acknowledge the seriousness of such offences and help prospective employers or those hiring tradespeople avoid working with people who's values are not acceptable to them and risk bringing their organisation into disrepute.
Racism is a serious problem in the UK, as highlighted by the recent Euros Final. Offenders not only need to be identified and prosecuted, but the rest of us, who find their behaviour totally abhorrent, should have a right to know who these people are so we can avoid hiring them or associating with them in any formal capacity.
