Accept UK approved vaccines that are administered in other countries.
Allow British expats that have been vaccinated abroad to follow the same rules as British residents with regards to quarantine periods.
The travel restrictions from amber countries make no sense at all. Residents can walk straight through borders but people expats that have been vaccinated abroad have to quarantine for up to 10 days AND incur additional costs of repeated tests. They are certainly no more likely to test positive than returning residents. The end result is that many people can’t visit their loved ones because of time constraints on their travel. This is only the tip of the iceberg!
