Enforce contracts as advertised, sold and confirmed to the public
Legislate to penalise any organisation in criminal law attempting to pervert contracts with the public knowing they are safe from civil action or any complaints procedure that just leads back to them and a collection of their competitors.
Organisations like TALKTALK advertise fixed length fixed term contacts and then a few months in raise the price leaving no option to the individual, no access to law or funding, no complaint procedure that doesn't lead to a body they sit on, no access to trading standards without accessing Citizens Advice who just advise writing to them, that you've already done several time, no access to any governing body or authority that will take up this matter.
