Change the way materials are being priced to stop a complete industry failure
The price hikes of materials in the construction industry is unsustainable and will cause a massive failure to be able to compete with large companies in pricing and buying power, and will ultimately end up in a huge industry recession with clients no longer building due to costs
Review the entire process to be able to review and if necessary cap the prices before they are beyond control.
Enable quicker processes to enable us in the trade to remain competitive and ultimately keep us in work through these unstable times.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions must call for a specific action that the UK Government or House of Commons is responsible for.
Decisions about the prices of construction materials are a matter for the retail market, not the Government or House of Commons. As a result it is not possible for the Government or House of Commons to take the action you have requested.
