Restrict cyclists and e scooters in parks and public and residential spaces
I would like Parliament to acknowledge the severity of unlawful cycling and e scooters in public places and impose fines and sanctions and stricter penalties
The cyclists and e scooter drivers are aggressive and inconsiderate and i believe pose a real threat to a peaceful society and there are going to be so many accidents with pedestrians, dogs and children. I also think assaults will occur when the cyclists and e scooter drivers are reprimanded or asked to be considerate.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand you're concerned about electric scooters, however it's not clear what it is you'd like the Government to do. Riding electric scooters in public places is already illegal outside of Government-sanctioned local authority trials.
You could have a petition calling for increased penalties for those convicted of riding electric scooters in public places, if that is something you'd like to see happen.
