Review the Child Maintenance laws, for example, if a mother is refusing for the father to be able to see or contact his children, the father should not be made/forced to pay Child Maintenance.
Fairness and equality between mother and father. The mother should not reap the benefits of a boosted income if the father is being refused contact with his child/children.
