Recognition of essential services personnel who supported us during COVID-19
To consider issue of a medal in recognition for the selfless work done by emergency services personnel and essential service workers who at personal risk to their own health kept the UK running during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are and have been in untested times and essential workers from the emergency services and other essential service providers have risked their own health and that of their families to come to work and keep us all safe and functioning as a country. A nice way for the country as a whole to recognize the sacrifices they have made.
