Waltham abbey street lights

Additional Information

The street lights of waltham abbey being turned off from 12 midnight to 5 am is putting many people at risk.
People will now be afraid to walk the streets during these hours , thus putting us all on a curfew for these hours, people have the right to feel safe , many shift workers return or leave home during these hours, milkmen have to deliver, elderly feel afraid .
Put our lights back on before the casualty list rockets at this time of night.
