Allow Segways on residential roads.

Additional Information

Currently Segways are only allowed on private property however, with the right legislation and rules could prove to be a innovative method of transport. They could be allowed in cycling lanes and not on pavements, and also require a full drivers license and an additional Segway license issued by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency.
