Fund increase in recycling bins in all city and town centres
The Government should fund local authorities to install more recycling bins in every town and city centre, and require them to monitor their use.
If there are more recycling bins and people recycle more, then fewer new plastic bottles and other plastics need to be made, so this will be better for the environment.
