Allow site workers to be allowed to wear shorts on building sites
Allow a waver to be signed not to sue the main contractor in event of any damage, cut or burns to the legs as a result
The temperatures on building sites whilst wearing multiple items of PPE is unsafe and its extremely uncomfortable, in some cases people collapsing
