Make more rural footpaths Bridlepaths
In North somerset and surrounding areas there are a large network of rural public footpaths in the countryside, through fields etc but a shortage of Bridleways that are easily accessible - Pedestrians,Cyclists are able to use the Bridleways but horses Cannot use Public footpaths, Horse-riders run great risks to themselves and others riding on our roads but for some its a risk that cannot be compromised due to the shortage of Bridleways away from our highways.
We would like to see more rural public footpaths turned into public bridleways so that horse riders can benefit and have less need to be on the road.
