Make pavements and all walk ways strictly for pedestrians.
Combined cycle e scooters propelled wheeled or similar with pedestrians is dangerous they are moving to fast for people to react to them injuries and fatalities are inevitable.
Revert all pavements and walk ways for pedestrians only. To prevent injuries or fatalities from collision with fast moving cycles e scooters and other propelled wheeled.
