Repeal the Scotland Act 1998 and abolish the devolved Scottish Executive.
Please repeal the Scotland act 1998 and recover all devolved powers to Westminster, to be administered via the Scottish Office.
Since the inception of the Scottish Executive in 1999, public services in Scotland have suffered greatly, particularly in the areas of healthcare and education.
Successive Holyrood administrations and particularly the divisive SNP administrations have sought to use devolved powers to weaken the integrity of the United Kingdom.
This was never the intention of devolution, and we ask the UK Government to repeal the Scotland Act to restore equivalent governance to the people of Scotland.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The decision on whether or not devolution should continue is a matter for people of Scotland, not the UK Government or Parliament.
